The problem of the windows phone store that some users cannot install the latest update of my app Week View or are not able to re-install the app although the bought it still exists.

Today (15/04/2015) I got another email from MS Support from Mary.
I know that there IS a problem, it has been reported to me many times. This is a problem of the widows phone store and as written in my reply, I am not able to reproduce it on my main phone (a Lumia 1520) and on my 2 test phones.
So if you still encounter this problem, please contact MS support as mentioned in the msdn thread: https://social.msdn.microsoft.com/Forums/windowsapps/en-US/3e439a36-5843-450b-9997-9b9642a1ef10/redownloading-apps-and-licensing?forum=wpsubmit so MS support can see, if the problem still exists or if they were able to solve it.
Let’s hope, this problem will be resolved soon….

das Problem besteht weiterhin leider. Es gibt nur die Möglichkeit, die App zu löschen und erneut zu kaufen. Alles andere funktioniert nicht. Es kommt immer „App wasn’t purchased“ als Fehler im Store… Habe es heute mal wieder probiert. Hoffentlich kommt das Geld (für den erneuten Kauf) auch wirklich bei Dir an.

ich würde dir empfehlen, den MS Support zu kontaktieren und den doppelt bezahlten Betrag zurückzufordern. Man soll nie eine App 2 mal kaufen müssen, hier handelt es sich wie auf meinem Blog beschrieben (und auch von MS eingestanden) um einen Fehler des Store. MS nimmt sich für das „Service“ des Store 30% der Verkaufserlöse. Vom Rest ist Steuer und Versicherung zu bezahlen. Was davon übrig bleibt, erhält der Entwickler.
